SCORM is freezing when retaking the quiz.

I'm maintaining an LMS, and many clients are complaining about quiz slides that are getting stuck - happens only for SCROMs that were published via captivate (either 1.2 or 2004). Sometimes it's after retaking them, sometimes it's on the first attempt, and I have tried to debug many times to determine what the problems are. I need your advice: what can be the issue?
I suspect that is related to the suspend_data value.

    I have a few questions:

    • Have you tried reproducing the issue on SCORM cloud?
    • Did you observe the issue on any specific content slide?
    • Which version of captivate are you using?

    Does your quiz have question timers turned on by any chance? In captivate 12 and up I found if I turned on the quiz timer the quiz would lock up on the last question and not take you to the results slide. I never recieved an answer on how to fix it so we had to turn it off.
