I have 2 questions. First. Is it possible to create scorm file in captivate which will uploads in a web page by pieces? (Now i see that scorm  file in a browsers page downloads fully.) When i click on scorm file it is starting to open very long (2 seconds) . For the web pages it is so long. How to create scorm which will open in a page fast?

There are a couple pieces that affect how long it takes a package to upload to your LMS, and how long it takes for a user to open the piece from the LMS.

Your internet connection - the speed and quality - matter a lot. The slower your connection and the more 'hops' it makes on its way to the destination, the longer it will take your package to upload and for your lesson to be viewed.

How strong is your LMS server and its connection? You could have a really great internet connection to the server, but if its an old server with a slow HD and limited RAM, that will affect how quickly the piece will download to the user.

Both those things aside, how large is your package? The more media and the more slides your captivate piece contains, the larger the package, so the longer it will take to upload/download.

Do you have a lot of images? Are they all optimized and saved at the proper dimension, or are they huge images that you've simple scaled-down on the stage?

Do you have audio? A lot? Is it mono or stereo? 16bit or 32bit?

And for both images and audio, what are your publish settings?

Do you have videos in your piece? Embedded in the piece or linked-to other locations? Embedded videos can add a lot of MB to your piece - perhaps better to put the video on YouTube or Vimeo and link to the video there.

How long is your lesson? 10 minutes? 30 minutes? The longer it is, the more slides, the larger size. Keep your lessons to 10-minute modules.

    Hope that helps!

913kb of zip file with scorm. 10 white pages with just text "123".  Responsive project scorm 1.2

I tested in 2 lms and anyway i see downloding circle.

How scorm file downloads in a page?  Fully or by pieces?

Is it possible to share scorm by pieces in downloading? I think this scorm package download all in a page but i need download by pages.how can i change settings?

That's a small .zip, so it shouldn't take that long at all to download or launch.

Could it be some delay in the piece finding the LMS API?

At any rate, to try to get the piece to load faster, adjust the preloader...
