SCORM Quiz Report Failure

Hello,

   I created a simple Captivate 8 responsive project. I included one T/F question slide. I selected the option to report the grade and created the zip file. I am using Moodle 2.7 as my LMS. I created a test class based on the simple, afore mentioned project. When I enter the class (presented in a new window), I am correctly prompted to answer the quiz question. If I answer the question correctly, the player presents the results page I click continue, the window automatically closes, and the results are reported back to Moodle and I am given the option to "Start a new attempt". If I answer the question incorrectly, I am again presented with the quiz results page, but the window remains open. I must close it by pressing the 'x' on the control bar. The results are reported back to Moodle, however I am not given the option to "Start a new attempt". It appears to me, that the failure is not being reported back to the LMS and the LMS is interpreting this to be an 'In Progress' attempt. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I have tried setting the Force new attempt setting in Moodle Scorm, but Moodle does not see that the prior attempt has finished. Any suggestions would be appreciated on the correct Captivate settings.
