SCORM score from Captivate 2019 not recording correctly to LMS

I have several SCORM assessments uploaded to HealthStream LMS.  At the end of the SCORM, the score is showing as 100% but is being recorded totally differently on the LMS.  Right now I am still testing, but for example I got 100% and when I clicked the Continue button at the end it showed I got an 85% in the LMS.  I called HealthStream and they are saying I am doing something wrong in Captivate and this is not an LMS issue.  Has anyone else experienced this?  I have attached several screenshots to show what is happening.

Best way to find out if this is due to the LMS or to Captivate is to test the course in SCORM Cloud. If you don't have the same problems in SCORM Cloud your LMS is the culprit, not Captivate. Can you try that test?

Yes, the SCORM is scoring correctly but the LMS provider is still saying there is a setting I am missing somewhere that is not allowing the LMS to pull the correct score.

Are you confirming that the course works fine in SCORM Cloud? If yes, tell it to the LMS people, because SCORM Cloud is THE standard for SCORM compliancy, the problem needs to be solved by them and is not due to Captivate.
