screen capture in adoabe cativate then sent to cs4 but flickers once burnt to dvd

what am i doing wrong  i am doing some screen capturing in adobe cativate 4 then i render it i send the avi file into adobe prem pro cs4 everthing still looks good once i bur it out to a dvd then play it on a tv the screen cature is flickering how do i stop this from happening ??????
