Screen recording is not displayed in Adobe Captivate video (mp4 format)

I have used Video Demo option in Captivate 2019 for recording the slides (screen recording). When I publish the video in mp4 format, the slides recorded using Video Demo option are not displayed. I get the loading icon only. Can someone please help?

    Please provide some more details:

    1.  Which exact version of CP2019 do you use? That version has three main releases (11.0, 11.5 and 11.8) and multiple bug patches. You find the full version number under Help, About Captivate (or in the Captivate menu if you are on Mac).
      1. How did you create the video demo slides: directly in the cptx project, or by importing individul CPVC projects on the slide? Or maybe by publishing them and inserting as MP4 files as slide video or event video?

    Screen recording is now displaying in the video. Had not updated my Captivate version. I'm now using Adobe Captivate Classic 11.8.2.254.

    Hmm.... I have a lot more problems with Video Demo in 11.8.2 than in 11.5.5 but I am happy that it solved your problem.
