Screen Resolution for Captivate Application

I am using the trial version of Captivate and my the best resolution for my monitor is 1920 by 1080.  I have a laptop, but that is my second screen.  I contacted Adobe help and all they kept doing was trying out different sizes.  Well I could have done that.

The issue is that I the screen doesn't give me all functionalities such as scroll bars; in dialog boxes, I can click cancel or OK.

Any suggestions.  I never had this issue before.  Thanks.

It is a % setting, not an absolute font size. Somehow it must be a resolution problem, I'm using Win10 as well and do see the whole UI.

    Thanks for responding.

I am on Windows 10 and I just reduced the font to 8.  When I open the speech box to change the content, I hit escape because I could not see the cancel or close button.  I have to use the Play Preview to watch the slide - there are no controls on the timeline.

I found something with %, but the UI of Captivate is the same.  Perhaps when you get a chance you can let me know where it is that you changed the percentage.  Thanks.

Which version are you using? Are you on Win10? Can you check the font size as well? Win 10 often sets it pretty high.
