Scripting hyperlink from web element to next slide (360° Roundview usage)

Hello friends.

I'm trying to jump from a hyperlink that is placed into a web element on slide 1, to jump to slide 2.

The external web element (Iframe) is placed directly into the output files together with all the other output files.

I've placed an simple example on my webserver and the opportunity to download the files to look at.

In time I want to use the web element hyperlink for usage in the 360° Roundview to jump to slide 2 or 3 etc with separated slide for each roundview .

Now I'm using the buttons and pinpoints into the web element to navigate inside the webelement.

Hi Theo,

Did some fiddling and searching and came up with a solution. Most info can be found on the Adobe pages of the Common Javascript Interface for Captivate: https://helpx.adobe.com/captivate/using/common-js-interface.html

Only problem I found is that you can't jump to a specific slide, BUT you can jump to a specific Time in your project OR  "go to Next Slide".

I fiddled you an example with a text link and with a button to do the Slide hopping

Provided some explanation in the "JS_test_1.html" file  in the Download. Hope it fixes your problem and pls #daretoask (also @Work)

And I LOVE your nice 360 roundview example that you integrated through an iFrame in Captivate! Thanks for sharing Theo.
