Scroll Arrows and Scroll Panel on Text Captions in version 8 or 9

Hi Folks, Does anybody know how to insert a text caption that is holding text but is scrollable in a Captivate slide ? It needs to have scroll arrows and a scroll panel for learners to scroll to the top and bottom?

Would love to hear your thoughts,

No text caption in Captivate is capable of having scroll bars.

However you could fudge something that looked like this by using a scrolling text Learning Interaction widget placed ON TOP of a text caption.
