Is there anyway to make multiple images scrollable in Captivate, if not how can I make images scrollable and insert it into Captivate?

I would try a webobject. Here is a quick example of a large image inside a CP webobject. The image requires both vertical and horizontal scrolling:

Unlike SL which has a built in object that allows for scrolling images and / or text, Captivate only has a learning interaction which allows for scrollable text by not images.

So you might try loading a web page that has your images down the left hand side of the page in a web object - that would make them appear scrollable by using the scroller in the web object.

Not totally what you want, but there is also a Zoom learning interaction that allows to zoom in on parts of a big image.

For SWF output there were widgets that allowed scrollable pages. but not for HTML output.
