Scrolling text for Adobe Captivate 9 is not working.

Hi, I created some scrolling text in Captivate 9 and when I preview the course, the scroll bar does not show.

Appreciate some help with this.

Is the text longer than what can be displayed? The scrollbar will only appear when that is the case.

Hi Lilybiri,

Yes, the text is pretty long - about 2 pages A4. I previewed the course by going to Preview>Next 5 slides - the usual way of previewing a project.

I am using the trial version of Captivate 9. I am wondering if this could be a problem.
