Scrolling text not working - IE11, Win10, Cp9?

I was reviewing one of my courses in IE11 on Windows 10. My Cp9 course screens that use a scrolling text widget did not show any text at all - the widget didn't show up. Is this a known issue?

Can anyone replicate this?

How did you 'review'? To have all functionality publish the file and upload it to a webserver or a LMS (for a Scorm project.

The review consisted of publishing the course as SWF on my Win8 machine. I then copied the published course via USB stick to my manager's PC (Win 10, IE11). Then viewed the course by launching the htm page that loaded the SWF.

This specific course will be deployed on a SharePoint server with no LMS/SCORM functionality.
