Scrub Bar viewable but disabled

Hello is there a way in Captivate 2017 to show the scrub bar but disable the ability to advance the course with it? I would like the user to be able to tell where they are at in the course but do not want them to have the ability to advance the course.

    It can be done with Javascript (Google for TLCMediaDesign) or you can use the CpExtra widget by InfoSemantics to do it without programming. Both valid for HTML5 output.
