Question

Searchable library of slides?

Is there a way to make this happen with Captivate? I don’t find an option to export individually or to parse a captivate file.  Surely I’m not the only person who needs this feature? Is there an Adobe product that would provide this or perhaps an external vendor that has created a solution?

FYI - Using Captivate 7 and Creative Cloud

Thanks,

Susie

Could you explain please, I don't understand your question at all. Apparently you are not talking about the Library of a CP-file but about something else.

I’m sorry for the misused term, I forget that Library is something different to Adobe.  I’m not talking about the library but rather the course slides – I would like to create some sort of searchable database of the slides. Rather than the SME saying I know I created something similar before and what was that course? They could actually search the metadata and then see the slide that is similar to what they need for the new project.  SharePoint has what they call a Slide library for PowerPoint – just looking for something similar or a possible way to create a database of the individual slides.

    Thanks again,

    Susie
