Send to Results screen upon failure mid quiz?

Question

Is there a setting that can force a user to the results screen on a quiz that they have already failed before completion of the quiz?

For example, we have a 140 question comprehesive test. They must pass with a 90%. So, if they fail 15 questions, they fail the test. But, I don't want them taking the whole 140 test if they are 20 in and have failed 15 of them.
