Sending a link to view video

IVe spent 2 hours trying to figure out something that should be so basic to do, which is send a link to my video. Any insights on how this can be done? I've used Adobe presenter 11 to record a voiceover on a ppt and cannot figure out for the life of me how to forward it on for comment. I've previewed, published, packaged, zipped, and nothing. All result in blank pages. Help would be appr.  Thx
