Sequence Questions in Firefox Not Working

I created a simple introduction to e-Learning for my staff. I offer them all the assorted types of quiz questions so they can see that they work before they get graded on content. I've had lots of feedback from the field that people are unable to get the Sequence question to reorder. When they click, they get a small arrow in front of the word, but can't drag it around. This does not replicate in Chrome, IE, or Captivate itself. Unfortunately our company recommends the use of Firefox, so I need to figure out a solution. Does anyone have a work around?
