Set up survey where different scores give different results

I want to set up a survey where different answers give different results.  For example, there might be 10 questions and the learner has to rate each on a scale from very likely to very unlikely.  Each answer is worth a number of points (from 1 to 5).  When the test is complete, the answers are added and each range reports a different result.  For example, if your total score was between 40 and 50, you would get one result, Scores from 25 to 39 would get another result and so on.  I know there is a way to do this but I just can't get the steps right in my head.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Sally,

Definitely doable. First you would have to define your trigger sums, for example how many final sum pages do you want. Once you have that figured out you would need to create Conditional Action so you can use the Decision Blocks for each Final Sum page.

Each final Sum Page would have to be totaled and conditions need to be set that "if in range go to this page" if its above this number and below this number ( for example greater than 10 but less than 20 ) its out of range so it automatically goes to the next block until it finds the right range.

Does that make sense?

Cheers
