Setting TinCan to report Complete/incomplete

I am posting HTML5 files to Litmos ( an online learning site). I am having some problems tracking content and getting things to work in Internet Explorer.

In working with their developers, they suggested using TinCAn instead of SCORM and while it is working better, reporting is not.

They suggested I change the Tin Can reporting settings from Pass/fail to complete/incomplete. I can not find this as a setting anywhere in Captivate 7.

Does it exist?

Has anyone else had to do this?
