shadows and grey lines appearing on published content

I have published content using Captivate 8 put after publishing and viewing in IE11 or Chrome faint grey lines appear on most slides in places where there shouldn't be any lines.

Is there something I'm doing wrong on publishing, how do I get rid of them?

    One thing you can try is to go to Edit, Preferences, Project, Size and Quality; then make sure Advanced Project Compression is de-selected.  This advanced compression sometimes introduces stray lines on slides.
