Shared review feature giving an error when files are opened by reviewers

Hi,

We're trying to get the 'Shared review' feature working in our Org. I have Adobe captivate on my machine, I make my file and then hit File > Send for Shared Review. I save it to a common folder however when my counterparts try and open it in the reviewer app it spits out the following error:

User does not have required privileges. Ensure that the user is part of application owner group.

Now, Im sure that we all have full access to the shared folder so I'm not sure why this is happening. Does anyone have any insight in to this?
