Sharing Captivate 9 modules outside of our LMS

Recently we've receive quite a few requests to share interactive modules with individuals outside of our company who do not have access to our LMS or our SharePoint site. They don't need the .cptx file, they just need to run the module as it runs in our LMS. (No need for quiz scoring.) I'm looking for the easiest and cleanest way to do this, but I'm not sure how. So appreciative of any assistance someone can provide ASAP!

Hi,

There are multiple ways of sharing the file, You can either email the zip file to them and then they can extract it to view the content, or if you have any website then you may upload it over there and then provide the url to the users.

You can try to create a standalone file (exe) but that means the end-user needs to have Flash Player installed. Same for creating an interactive pdf, also Flash based and needs to install the Flash plugin for Adobe Reader.

Himanshu offered you the other solutions, could work both for SWF and HTML output, but you'll have to include instructions how to play the package/

Thank you for your speedy reply! So, then I would instruct the recipients to unzip the folder and launch the module by clicking the .htm file? That's it?

Hi,

Yes instructions would help them understand the process after downloading the .zip file.
