Sharing captivate projects amongst teams and stakeholders
Our team are new to Captivate having extensively used Articulate products for years.
I'd love to hear some tips from experienced users on how best to share projects for collaboration with other team members. We're required to use OneDrive for our cloud storage, and it seems rather convoluted to share projects when there are native sharing solutions in Articulate suite of products.
Also, given the current IT landscape in the UK where larger organisations are being targeted, our IT teams are not keen on our Stakeholders having to create an Adobe account from a link when receiving a review request. Again, Articulate has a native review tool where no sign in is required. Probably no answer for this but maybe a request for Adobe.
