Shifted click boxes

Has anyone experience click boxes shifting right in a Published file?  This does not happen in Preview mode. This shifting is causing the hit state to mark as a failure. Anyone know of a solution?  Wasting a lot of time looking for a solution and driving me crazy....

    I rarely use click boxes, especiallty now in CP2017 because they cannot even be used in responsive projects with Fluid Boxes. Can you give some more information: which version do you use, is this a responsive or non-responsive project, which output etc. Are the click boxes inserted manually or are they the result of an automatic software simulations capture in training mode? Do you need click boxes, cannot you replace the usual click boxe over an image by a shape filled with an image converted to a button?
