Should the student buy the application ?

hi,,

i plane to create an e-course

and

i wander if my student shall by the application as well to reach and view the lectures

    Your question is not quite clear, maybe you have to try to post in your language?

    If you want to know what the student needs on his system/device to watch a course the answer is simple: a browser. If you plan to publish to SWF he will also need the Flash player installed. If you publish to HTML5 the browser needs to have support for HTML, which is not the same for all browser, avoid old browser versions.

    I meant I want to use e-learning strategies using adobe captivate , so I wonder if the student need to use adobe captivate as well . Does they need to buy it ?

    Depends on what you want? You can create courses and let them explore them, have discussions, get possible improvements. Do you want to teach them how to create eLearning with a tool they should need it. It is also possible to use a trial version, free, for 1 month. I have been a college professor, all depends on the structure, organization of your lessons.
