Show or hide specific slides in TOC with AA

I'm pretty sure I can't do this unless I created a custom TOC, but I'd like to make certain slides visible in the TOC if the user selects a certain path.

I have a slide where the user enters their name and selects if they have direct reports or not. If so, they are allowed to view the content for managers. Currently I have the TOC showing throughout, but only associate related slides.

Is there a way to make the manager related slides ONLY appear in the TOC if they select the direct reports button?

Script allows personalization on certain slides and for only the managers to view content related to them.

TOC Showing - ultimately it would be great to have the manager content show if they select they have direct reports to jump to the sections they want to review.  I'm open to other options like an Aggregator or custom TOC. I was just hoping for something easier.  Thanks!

You are correct that you would need a custom-programmed TOC to achieve this.  The TOC shown in your screenshot above is part of the Captivate Skin and unless you are a very experienced programmer you'd have no hope of building one of those.  You may need to think about building something just with Advanced Actions and Variables, showing and hiding items.  But don't expect it to look as good as the standard TOC.
