Simulations Not Being Captured on Clicks

Question

I'm needing to record a software sim. Navigate to File > Record New > Software Simulation. Make sure my settings are in place, click Record. Countdown begins. I start clicking different areas to do things. When I stop, only the very first slide was considered captured. There's literally only one slide in the film strip instead of like 20. Been using Captivate for awhile now and I've never seen this happen. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Never mind, figured it out. I have three monitors, and it has something to do with me trying to record it on one of the specific monitors. Changed the application being recorded to a different monitor and it worked. Still strange, have never had that problem before, but hey. If anyone else sees this and this kind of thing happens to you, change monitors if you are using more than one.
