Single click selection needs two clicks

When recording a traning slide that requires one click (for example selecting an button such as OK or Cancel) when playing back in published mode it requires two clicks. It seems to be a delay and/or first click focuses in the window 2nd click makes the selection. Currently using V6. Same results in Google Chrome or Internet Explorer
