Question

slide advancement

In Captivate 9, I have three icons on a slide i want learners to click on and listen to the icon's audio.  Only after each icon is listened to do I want the navigation buttons on the slide to appear.  Basically I don't want the learner to advance the slide before they've completely listened all the icons.  Any suggestions?

Have a look at this blog post, it may answer your question. You didn't tell the full version number which should be 9.0.2.437. How do you play the audio, because there are different possiblities.

Only when you tell me exactly how you play audio when clicking the interactive objects which are shape buttons? An icon is not interactive.  To have the Next button appear conditinoally is explained in the blog post. To translate to the audio clips I need first answers.

Thanks for the super fast response.  The truth is that I am a novice user of captivate and read your article a couple times but still don't understand.  Is there anyway to dumb this down as much as possible to help me understand it?  It is a responsive project.
