Slide animations stuck regardless of slide settings

Hi,
I'm using Adobe Captivate 9 and I've built several slides with animations that preview correctly when I play them via the timeline inside the project but once I preview via 5 slide, browser or publish to Adobe Captivate Prime the slide will not play any of it's animations. I'm tried toggling the slide actions between no action and continue with no effect on this issue. Once I arrive at the slide the first item will appear and nothing else will happen after about 1 second. Slide durations are set to 60 seconds across the project.

Is this a bug or is there a settings I'm missing?

You probably have a pausing point at 1.5sec. Play slide is NOT a preview method, just meant for synching while editing, no temporary published file is created at all. If you want to see the best Preview, use Preview in Browser or Preview HTML Browser, depending on the wanted output.

Can you post a screenshot of the timeline? That will allow me to confirm my suspicion.

    You were 100% correct. After looking over the timeline it looks like my navigation buttons were all pausing after 1.5 secs. Good news is that everything works after I remove the pause the bad news is that I have to go back through every slide and copy and paste them back in with the corrected settings.

    Is there any reason why you do not use shape buttons on master slides for

    navigation, or shape buttons timed for rest of project?
