Slide content disappears after publishing for LMS

New user, trialing Captivate 2019.

Created a responsive presentation from a PowerPoint presentation.  After publishing the presentation for use in our LMS, much of the slide content disappeared.  Shut the program down and restarted, nothing.

Before this Live Preview worked good, but now it's not working either.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Fixed my problem by finding and updating the PowerPoint presentation through Captivate.  It appears there was an interruption during one of my previous changes.  Appologize for my ignorance, maybe this will help someone else down the road.

    I also tried the Clear Cache button in the Preferences section, with no luck...
