I'm trying to add voices for the text to speech and keep getting an admin error. I re-installed the application manager and that didn't seem to do anything. Has anyone else had this problem if so what did you do?

Can you tell me which publishing formats closed captioning is supported in? My understanding is that you can only publish to .swf to display closed captioning. I need to publish to a format that is compatible with the ipad, for example, we now use .mp4 (without closed captioning). Is there an ipad compatible format to which we can publish an accessible (closed captions) video?

You don't mention what version of Captivate you are using, but if you have CP 6, you can publish to html5, which can include closed captions, and work fine on an iPad.

We are on 5.5, but upgrading to 6. Thanks for the info.
