Slide Transitions in captivate Classic 11.8

Does anyone know if slide transitions will be available again in Captivate Classic 11.8?

    They were SWF-based and never worked for HTML output, although they seemed to be available.

    Some were still functional when publishing to MP4, but the team took out all SWF-related items, including the Learning Interactions which were fully functional in HTML and the Preview methods which were indeed SWF-based and not really relevant anymore.
