Slides appear in mp4 file that are invisible in edit mode

I have created a software simulation project. When I run it as a project or export it to mp4 some "new" slides appear that I don't see in the screen display when in edit mode. These "ghost" slides create a lag causing the following captions to appear on the wrong screen. Anybody has a clue how I can access these slides in edit mode and delete them ?

Can you play the slides with Preview in Browser before publishing them as mp4? I suspect what you are seeing are manipulations somewhere in the slide (like tooltips) that are captured somewhere within slides. There will not be slides added.
