Slides don't transition, Captivate 8

I created a video a couple of years ago in an earlier version of Captivate, and had to swap out the first slide after we went through a company name change. Importing the updated PowerPoint introduction slide was successful, and copying the audio from the old slide to the new one also went well. The slide plays just fine.

However, after I published the video (HTML5/SWF), the video stops after that new slide, and won't transition to the next one. I don't use Captivate enough to know where to go to fix this. Can someone please help me?
Thanks!

Have you checked the slide properties for the new slide? There should be a Actions button where you can see what the functions are when entering the slide (On Enter), and when exiting the slide (On Exit). If those are set to "No Actions", could you reply with a screenshot of the timing of the slide that will not advance? I'm curious if there is an object on there that has some timing set to pause the slide.

It was the On Exit setting. Now it works! Thank you!

You also need to look at the changes to the PowerPoint file, is it now a PPTx?  Did you change the file, or did you republish with an update from someone else?

They may have add PPT animations that require a 'click-to-continue' action from an instructor, which Cp will pass through to the final project, with no indication there is anything on the slide causing the pause.

    Rather frustrating, but solvable!

Can you post a screenshot of the Timeline of that first slide?

From which version did you upgrade? Maybe the issue is with the second slide. Lot has changed between versions.
