Smart Shapes as Buttons

In Captivate 7, I used smart shapes for all my buttons and the branching view looks right. Each of the shapes is marked for use as a button, but the slides do not stop. At the end of each slide it continues as if there were no buttons. Am i missing a setting in the properties?

Look in the Timing accordion Pause After setting.  Do you have this selected or not?

Maybe have a look at my blog post about using shape buttons.

I even presented a webinar about shape buttons for Adobe, which is recorded. Look for the title 'Lilybiri's favourite' in the On Demand webinars.

Maybe you are not aware of the fact that you can time shape buttons for the rest of the project and also put them on master slides.  The shape buttons put on the master slides don't have a Timing accordion, you'll have to check Pause in its Options accordion. And that pause will always occur at the end of the slide, whatever its duration.

No, do I need to put a "Pause After" so many seconds for all the buttons? Does that pause the screen until an action is taken?
