Smartshape as button not working in published project

Hello,

 

I have several projects that I have been working on. I am using smart shapes as buttons and now when I publish the projects the buttons have to be clicked at the bottom center for it to work. Has anyone experienced this? I have updated to the latest version of captivate. The buttons work fine when I preview the project. I'd like to add that this only began happening on Thursday, I had previously published these projects and the buttons worked, it only stopped when I went back to make edits.

    I have heard of this issue occurring when the Skin Editor > Borders settings are set to have a border at the bottom.  To test if this is the issue, try turning off the borders checkbox and then Preview in HTML5,

    Can you check the exact version number under Help, About Captivate?  I have never experienced this myself but other users did report and often it was because they were not on the most recent release.
