Smartshape buttons on Firefox?

My colleague and i are both creating courses in Captivate 8 but his do not load in Firefox. We think the problem is that he is using smartshape buttons and i'm not and i've seen here there is an issue with using them. Are there any solutions to this other than waiting for Adobe and/or Firefox to issue a fix? Are there any javascript hacks et cetera?

    Hi There,

Can you tell me the output you are publishing? Is it happening in swf or HTML5 output? It should work in swf as Captivate is not certified with Firefox in HTML5 output.

    Regards,

    Mayank
