"Snap to" to help align shapes or other objects?

I'm trying to align a shape to the right edge of my stage and I was wondering if there's a "snap to" feature like PowerPoint.

    Yes, Captivate has snap feature, but if my memory is correct, you are still on CP8. Too bad, the new guides in CP9 offer all the snapping possibilities that you need. Have a look at:

    In CP8 you are more limited, but there are smart guides (like in MS), and you have snap to grid and sap to object. Look in the View menu. The grid can be made visible from that menu as well (but I don't find it very useful). There are a lot of align possibilities as well (open the Align toolbar from the Window menu). And I use shortcut keys a lot to move and resize objects. I tried to summarize those keys in:
