I literally just bought Captivate 2017 about a week ago and log onto the web today to see 2019 released. Is there anyway for me to upgrade without paying? If I knew 2019 was about to be released I would have waited. I am not happy, especially since I'm interested in the VR component. Goodness!

I purchased the Teacher/Student edition on 8/17/18. I will get in contact with Shambu, I hope I am eligible. Also, I love your videos, they are very helpful.

There is a thirty day grace period when you purchase a perpetual license. Shambu Nashi can point you in the right direction. If you are on subscription you just need to download the trial and sign in with your Adobe ID to register 2019 to your account.
