Software shift in another account ?

We have multipule adobe software packages which are running from different accounts (ID), the 1 of them account have also bought additional adobe captivate software but I don't want to run it from that account or coumputer. because there is no need in that account or coumputer. Rather I want to run it from other account, is it possible.
