Software simulation not capturing drop down menus

Hi, I'm using Captivate 8 in Chrome. I'm doing a software simulation and for some reason when I preview what I've captured the project does not show the options from the drop down menus or the option that I selected

For menus and drop down menus, press Print Screen on your keyboard to ensure that it is captured.

Listen to the camera clicks, you can add those manual screens as much as you want. It is easier to delete superfluous slides than having to edit duplicates.
