Solved: Can't install Adobe Captivate 9 (Stuck on Waiting)

If you are trying to install Adobe Captivate 9 and the download just says "Waiting", but you are in an environment where you can't turn off your firewall, then you have to do the following:

Go to Firewall in Control Panel>Click Allow an app or feature through firewall>Click Change Settings>Click Allow another app>Point to the Akamai NetSession Client Installer>Lastly, click which box you need to allow: Domain, Private, or Public.  Restart download.
