Some questions not appearing in Published Captivate (HTML) file

Hello,

I'm deploying a quiz to many users with Adobe Connect LMS. I have a 34 question quiz and 10 of the questions are random pulling from the question pools.

The issue is that for some users, the quiz opens (begins) at question 10, not question 1. (I'm thinking it may be related to the number of random questions). In researching the advanced interactions for the quiz, there is no interaction ID for the random questions. At least I don't see them in the advanced interaction window.

This is weird because it doesn't happen for every user - only random users can see the random questions???

Any idea as to why some questions wouldn't appear in the published file for some users?
