Sound clipped in the end

Hi,

I have go a problem with sound on text fields.

In the end of the sound it is clipped so it is not played to the end.

The length of the text filed is more than enough (captivate also checks if the text  filed is long enough and ask to prolong it if it is necessary).

I have exported the course to Scorm 1.2 and HTML5.

It is both in Explorer and Chrome so it is not web

It is a wav-sound, mono, 16 bit.

Did the same thing in Captivate 8 - no problem.

Updated to 9 - problem...

Anyone else who have got this problem?

Sometimes this issue occurs where you have silence on the end of the audio clip and Captivate clips off the silence, a little TOO aggressively if it cannot detect any audio data in the silence section.

The trick is to add some "dirty silence" to the end of the clip.  Just copy some low level sound from somewhere in the voiceover where the voiceover artist pauses between words or sentences. About one second added to the end of the clip should be enough.

That make sense.

Thank you for the answer!
