Sound missing in the executable output

Greetings!

Issue:

I have inserted MP4 files in my Captivate 9 project. MP4 file consists of animation and audio in it.

While inserting the files I get following error:

When I publish my project in executable format, the output does not have audio.

I published in HTML/SWF format too, the output does not have audio as well.

Publish settings are default as given below:

Machine configuration:

Windows 8, 64-bit OS, 8GB RAM.

Please guide me to troubleshoot the issue. I have updated the Captivate 9. The MP4 file is working correctly in windows media player.
