Sound recorded in Presenter Video Express won't export with the video.

Hello,

I'm trying to export (or share, I guess) this project. However, every time I try to do so, the audio never makes the transition. The first time there was no sound, the second time there was a banshee screech (which I did not record) and then no sound. Every time after that, there's just been this electric clicking sound. This is even after rebooting the application as well as my computer.

We recorded the audio with a plug-in desk mic, and all of the audio is available in edit mode. Just not when it's published

Let me know if I'm missing some setting, or if there's anything I can do to fix this.

Also, the Contact Us message box kept giving me an error when I tried send this message, so I tried to track down the support team's email address. After getting a hold of someone over the phone and getting an address out of them, I sent off all this information in a separate email...only to get an undeliverable message.  Trying to get help for this has been a real pain.
