I have downloaded the Adobe Captivate voices 2017. How do I activate this in Captivate? It's says no speech agents are installed - they are on my computer so How do I get this to work?

    The file you download from the web is an installer. Did you run the actual installer?

    Once that is run, the files are installed and Captivate should include them in the list.

    It's for an older version but the same steps may help/apply.
