Spinner Wheel Widget

Hi Cp Awesome People!

I've searched through a number of resources looking for a html5 widget that behaves much like an iPhone spinner selection wheel, allowing a user to spin through a field and tap their selection.  I don't have the capacity nor knowledge to build it, so hoping I can piggyback on an existing one and just headers/variables to meet client needs.  It looks like this:

Any direction someone could provide would be great!

    To my knowledge nobody is really developing HTML5 widgets of this type for Captivate.

    You would probably need to pay a professional developer to create one especially for your project. 

    That could be costly and it sounds like you weren't looking to spend any money.
