Spinning wheel when I launch story

I have been sent all the files to an e-learning module from a client, but when I go to launch the program, all I get is a spinning wheel. My flash is up to date and I have installed the Creative Cloud, to no avail. Any suggestions?

    Turns out it did not like being launched from my shared drive. Was able to copy it to a local folder and bam! Worked.

    Your issue was most likely that the folder in your shared LAN drive was not set up as a trusted location in your Flash Global Security settings, but your local folder was.
